Reinstated! South Dakota’s Concealed Carry Reciprocity With Nevada is Back

Earlier in the month, we reported that Nevada had dropped concealed carry reciprocity with a handful of states. One of the states dropped was South Dakota. These changes were to take place on July first.

We are happy to update that post and have confirmed that South Dakota’s reciprocity with Nevada is back.

Nevada will accept a South Dakota Enhanced Concealed Carry License. Nevada will not accept the standard license, so make sure you understand the difference.

The same thing occurred with Ohio’s reciprocity agreement with Nevada. In that case, the removal was blamed on the Nevada Attorney’s General’s office not being able to contact the Ohio Attorney General’s office. I don’t know the validity of that story or if the same thing happened in South Dakota.

Make sure you notify your friends of the update!

I will NEVER again print your map. I don’t need 11 pages of waste. All I needed was the “Map”. Waste of ink and paper.

This is really not the place to demonstrate ignorance. There was no subject to your post, so one can only assume you wanted some “map” and did not know how to use the skill set required to get the map.
